Boxing

Boxing is quickly becoming everyones favorite activity from celebrities to stay at home parents and everyone in between. Now as boxing is an amazing workout; our goal here at WMMA is to teach proper technique. Our boxing system is similar to the same system that made Frankie Edgar and Eddie Alvarez UFC champions.

We focus on movement using effective foot-work, head movement, hand faints and clinching. You will learn how to be balanced on your strikes, counter strikes and blocks, how to keep progression on your combos, and how to adjust when someone counters back.

All our classes are structured so anyone, regardless of experience, may learn similar techniques as top-level strikers do. Our class is also designed so you may participate at your own pace, with no pressure to try to keep up with more advanced students. So whether you goal is to lose weight, reduce stress, or simply have fun with this class will fit your needs.

Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai program is similar to our boxing program with addition to using kicks, knees and elbows. Both our Boxing and Muay thai programs are unlike any other. Our goal is to teach our students proper technique not just a cardio workout. We focus on movement using effective foot-work, head movement, hand faints and clinching. You will be taught not only how to block kicks and punches, but also on how to evaluate them. You'll learn how to use all eight limbs, which is the definition of Muay Thai. Most importantly, you will learn how to be balanced on your strikes, counter strikes and blocks, how to keep progression on your combos, and how to adjust when someone counters back.

We have structured this class so anyone, regardless of experience may learn similar techniques as top-level strikers do. We follow the similar system & theories that made our teammates UFC champions. Our class is also designed so you may participate at your own pace, with no pressure to try to keep up with more advanced students.

Grappling

Each class you will be taught a Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Folkstyle techniques. In wrestling you will be taught lower body takedowns, and how to effectively take your partner down by leg control. Greco-Roman focuses more on upper body takedowns, such as body locks and suplexes. Judo consists of 3 types of throw techniques which includes using your legs to sweep, and your hand and hips to throw.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu allows you to use superior technique to overcome your oppositions  size or strength. You will learn how to effectively use Brazilian jiu-jitsu to establish positions, escapes, joint manipulations and strangulation. Even in what may seem like a bad position; you will be taught how to stay calm and composed, and transition to a better position.

MMA

Our MMA class puts all the information you have gained in Boxing, Muay Thai and Grappling together. You will learn how to understand the ranges in striking and grappling, how to chain your strikes to a takedown. creating scrambles, grappling with strikes, wall/cage work and more.

Class is high paced, none stop, focusing on overcoming mental and physical adversity and how to remain calm in chaos.
